I received my medical qualification and doctorate in medicine from Comenius University in Bratislava in 2004. I then trained in ophthalmology at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals and West Midlands training rotation with base at Birmingham and Midland Eye Hospital, UK. I was appointed Fixed term Consultant Ophthalmologist and Vitreo-retinal surgeon at the University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire, UK in 2017. I joined an independent healthcare provider SpaMedica as high-volume cataract surgeon in 2018.
In 2018, I joined Pantheo Eye Centre in Limassol and Laser Vision Eye Centre in Nicosia where I currently work as a Consultant vitreo-retinal specialist.
